Terry was born and raised in Gillam, Manitoba. After graduating high school at the age of 18, he decided to move to Winnipeg. This is where his love for business and real estate came about. Terry was lucky enough to be a spare in a curling league and met up with a real estate agent that took him under his wing. The rest as they say, is history!

 Terry passion for selling real estate started at the age of 19 working  for Canada Trust Realty. He has now mastered the skill of selling real estate after being in the business for 35 years. Currently settled and established as a very successful and dedicated agent working for RE/MAX for the last 25 years. 

 Terry has been devoted to his wife and work partner Lisa for the last 28 years. Together they have 3 daughters (Hannah, Mckenna and Ali) they have always been his number one priority. On Terry's downtime, he loves spending time with friends and family and the "occasional" game of golf ;)

Stephan is one part of the team lead here at the Astrope Zettergren Group. He has been in the real estate industry for 10 years.

Growing up Stephan was tied to the hip of his grandpa, who had owned a construction business. He was on job sites riding along bulldozers and excavators as early as 5 years old. This is where he grew a passion for construction and being on the job sites. His Grandpa built houses, bridges, schools, hospitals and jails. When Stephan graduated high school he soon became a full time employee for his grandfather’s construction business, running logistics and day to day management.

Now a days Stephan has somebody attached to his very own side, his dog Sox! Sox is literally Stephan’s pride and joy. He takes him everywhere and would literally be lost without him. There is nothing in the world that could ever replace their bond. 

He literally eats, sleeps and breathes real estate. When he manages to find down time, he is studying the market or finding ways to separate himself from his competition.

Stephan’s favourite part of selling real estate is showing clients homes. “I pride myself on being the best realtor in the city, how to become the best starts with knowledge of a home. I will put myself up against any realtor in Manitoba when it comes to showing a home to see who knows what to look for in regards to important components or pending issues with a property”

Jeff has been an active member of the North Kildonan community for quite some time, you may recognize him as he has served the city of Winnipeg and surrounding areas for the past 20 years. His strong passion for helping others and admiration for the real estate industry is what motivated him to join us at the Astrope Zettergren Group. Jeff has an in-depth knowledge of new home construction and design. He consistently utilizes these attributes to assist his clients in all facets; whether it's finding the home of their dreams or advising how to market a home, he has you covered entirely.

He is a family man, devoted to his beautiful wife, Karen of 14 years. Karen is a major supporter of Jeff’s work and has assisted him with marketing, media content plus with so much more. Together they share two bright sons aged 8 and 9 along with their 3-year-old goldendoodle named JoJo. The Katcher family loves the outdoors; In the winter they enjoy spending their time on the community rink and in the summer, they can be found fishing and camping in Whiteshell.

Jeff has always been a team player, growing up he was a competitive athlete and loved the game of hockey. He started at the early age of 4 and went on to play for the Brandon Wheat Kings and Tri-City Americans in the WHL. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Kings in 1997 for the NHL. Jeff also had the privilege of spending time with the Detroit Red Wings and Tampa Bay Lightning. In his free time, he still enjoys playing recreationally with his close friends and watching the Winnipeg Jets. Although you can occasionally also catch him cheering for the Edmonton Oilers and Vegas Golden Knights as those are his son's favorite teams.

Jeff’s diverse background is what makes him such a successful agent. His knowledge, integrity and willingness to go above and beyond are unmatched. Being a team player and family man has helped to mold him into the Realtor that he is today. You can count on Jeff to uphold your needs and interests as if they were his own.

Tory Micklash is a driven and passionate professional who brings a unique blend of experience, knowledge, and dedication to the Astrope Zettergren Group. Born and raised in Winnipeg, Tory’s journey has been shaped by a strong work ethic, team-oriented mindset, and a lifelong interest in real estate.

Her passion for real estate was ignited at an early age, inspired by her father’s investment business. Tory worked alongside him on extensive home renovations, gaining invaluable hands-on experience and developing a deep understanding of Winnipeg’s neighborhoods and housing market. This background equips Tory with a unique perspective on home design, quality, and potential—insights she leverages to help her clients make informed decisions.

Tory’s dedication to excellence extends beyond real estate. A former elite-level hockey player, she earned a scholarship to the University of British Columbia, where she balanced the demands of competitive sports while graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. Her experience in hockey instilled resilience, discipline, and a collaborative spirit—qualities that define her approach to real estate and client relationships.
